Here's a man and his small team that are worth the wait. Most of his work is in the Gwinnett and North Fulton area. We found him painting the inside and outside of a home we were inspecting. His work was so good, we hired him to paint the outside of our home. His work is exceptional and his price was lower than most other quotes we received. Had we not seen his work ourselves we would have thought his price was for a low quality paint job. Only challenge is communicating since his English is not the best.

3. Heating and Air Conditioning Company
There are many reputable companies in town, and most will provide the needed service for all brands of equipment. Our favorite is Reliance Heating and Air. Our lead inspector used them to install systems when he was a builder, and they never let him down. They provide service all over town.

Once in a while we meet a person who does good work at a fair price and is a nice guy. Mr. Nick Butoiu is just that kind of person. We found him when he hired US to inspect his new home. Nick is an expert in hardwood floors, so if you need new floors installed, your existing floors refinished, or a few rooms installed, give Nick a call.

5. Plumber
Here is a reasonably priced company with plumbers all over town. They can generally respond within a few hours.

6. Insulation Company
We've used this company and recommend them. They're quick, do a clean job, and are competitively priced. Most attic refresh jobs can be done for about 48 cents per square foot. They're good and service the entire metro Atlanta area.

Here's a guy we recommend when you need all of your siding replaced, windows and doors replaced, a complete deck replacement, or your entire roof replaced. We have know and used this man for more than 27 years! He's the best, does excellent work, charges a fair price, and gets the job done right the first time. Please note that because he runs a crew with 3 or more people, don't call him for minor work. He is not a handyman. He and his crew are efficient with full jobs. For example, we hired him to do the framing of our new basement addition, tear down and frame a new deck on the back of our house, and to install all of the trim and doors in our new basement addition. A recent customer hired him to perform upgrades on their new home, including a roof, replace all of the siding, rebuild the deck, and change all of the windows. You'll be very happy with him, and if you find he is busy, he's worth the wait.
He lives in the Buford area, and does most of his work in Buckhead, 400, 85 up to Buford area, including Norcross, Roswell, Duluth, Suwanee, Alpharetta, Dunwoody, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Cumming, and everywhere in between. If you are outside of this area, call him and see if he goes there.
