Bank Owned Inspection
If you are buying a bank-owned home, before you close on it, we perform a thorough inspection and tell you what it will take to bring it back to good condition. This is almost the same as a Pre-Purchase Inspection, but we look at the house from a different perspective. We try and make sure we check all the things that normally go wrong with a house sitting vacant for a while. We deliver the report to you onsite or save it on our server for you to retrieve later. Be sure to get the utilities turned so we can inspect everything on one visit - which saves you money!

Radon Monitoring
Using a state-of-the art continuous radon monitoring machine, we monitor and measure the presence and levels of any radon gas that may be present in the home. The monitor is placed for a minimum of 48 hours, and delivers immediate results onsite.
