Bank Owned Inspection
also known as Foreclosure Inspection
Bank-Owned or foreclosed houses are handled just like a pre-purchase inspection, with a few important changes.
First, most of them are vacant, and have been for some time. And often the utilities are not always on, or were just turned on for the inspection.
Then there’s a higher potential for the presence of mold or mildew, so we’re even more watchful in a bank-owned or foreclosed home.
We’ve been inspecting these types of homes for years, know what to look for, and can give you a realistic assessment of the true condition of the property.
