It takes about 2 hours start to finish for a typical home. Large, older or damaged foreclosure homes take longer. This includes the time it takes to inspect the house and discuss major items with you. Later that day, we'll prepare your report and upload it to our secure server and send you an email containing a link to retrieve your report.
